Hi, I’m Denise,

I know how hard relationships can be. You try leaning in with your truth and things go south. You decide to stuff it, only to have things escalate over something mundane. Rinse & repeat. If it weren’t for the kids or some sweet moments here and there, who knows, right? Here’s where I come in.

I’m a Certified RLT Relational Coach and I help couples learn how to not only have the trickier conversations, but also to move through them in a way that leads to more closeness and connection. I promise that’s not crazy talk. And it’s not rocket science either.
