I created this recording because words can be SO powerful. Based on our histories, certain phrases can really calm us down, helping us become more available to connect with our partner and restore the feelings of safety and closeness. Get ready to discover what words calm you down the most and, if you’re in a relationship, sharing your phrase with each other will arm you both with a tool that really can make all the difference the next time things get hard.
